Both Mark Consuelos and his wife Kelly Ripa are nursing injured limbs, he wrote on social media.
"Can't make this sh#! Up. Small calf tear," Consuelos wrote on Instagram, right next to a picture of him and Ripa.
The "Alpha House" actor's rep added that he hurt himself working out.

Why so excited? Well, Ripa just revealed last week how she broke her foot.
Ripa said she was in a dance class, when she did a jump and landed on a weight someone left on the floor.
