Paris Jackson thrills in new trailer for 'Scream' reboot show

Guess what? There's a new "Scream" reboot coming to TV and it stars Paris Jackson.

The daughter of Michael Jackson, who's been busy singing and modeling, has made a name for herself -- and now she can add acting to the mix.

The VH1 show airs July 8 and stars Mary J. Blige, CJ Wallace and Keke Palmer.

In the short clip, we see the white mask that haunted our dreams for decades. We also hear that famed voice from the films.

From the looks of it, Jackson may not be around for long -- when she opens the door she sees the killer!

Sorry, "Ms. Jackson, I am for real!"

Jackson tweeted her excitement on Wednesday.

"Yay this is finally coming outtt," she wrote.

"Scream" first hit it big in 1996 as the surprise slasher film starring Neve Campbell and "Riverdale's" Skeet Ulrich.

It was one of the films that started the whole "surprise ending" craze, with an ending no one saw coming.

We'll see what happens on July 8. "What's your favorite scary movie?"
