It's official: Pete Davidson is headed to space.
Blue Origin announced Monday that the "Saturday Night Live" star would be part of the New Shepard crew on the upcoming March 23 flight.
The "King of Staten Island" star and stand-up comedian, 28, will be joined by Marty Allen, Marc and Sharon Hagle, Jim Kitchen and Dr. George Nield.
Liftoff is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. CT from Launch Site One in West Texas.
This is the fourth human flight in the New Shepard program and the 20th flight overall.
Previous notable figures to go to space include Amazon founder and former CEO Jeff Bezos, who is founder and owner of Blue Origin, "Star Trek" actor William Shatner and "Good Morning America" co-anchor Michael Strahan.
