WATCH: Which stores are offering big sales before Labor Day
Thinking about Christmas shopping might feel worlds away, but if you are looking to save on certain items, now is the time to start perusing for gifts.
According to retail analysts, shoppers should expect to see some of the best sales in years due to long-delayed goods arrivals.
Toy prices are down 8.2% and electronics 9.3%, compared to this time last year.
"Don't wait until Labor Day itself to shop," said Kristen McGrath, editor at RetailMeNot. "Deals will be starting as early as the last week of August."
Retailers like Bed Bath & Beyond, Kohl's, and Best Buy, which have lower inventory turnover, are especially good to shop during this time.
