Kylie Jenner named Forbes' youngest self-made billionaire for 2nd year in a row

For the second consecutive year, Kylie Jenner, 22, has been named one of Forbes' self-made billionaires.

Today, the publication released its annual billionaires list, and Jenner topped the list again.

The reality star and owner of Kylie Cosmetics has a net worth of $1 billion -- making her the youngest billionaire, and just ahead Norwegian heiress Alexandra Andresen, 23, who's net worth is $1.1 billion.

"I didn't expect anything. I did not foresee the future," Jenner told Forbes when she intially held the title in 2019. "But [the recognition] feels really good. That's a nice pat on the back."

This news also comes several months after it was announced that Kylie Cosmetics accepted a deal to sell 51% of the business to beauty conglomerate Coty Inc. for $600 million.

"I'm excited to partner with Coty to continue to reach even more fans of Kylie Cosmetics and Kylie Skin around the world," said Jenner in a statement about the new partnership. "I look forward to continuing the creativity and ingenuity for each collection that consumers have come to expect and engaging with my fans across social media."
