Serena Williams is the new global spokeswoman for Stuart Weitzman — the photos are stunning

Serena Williams just added another amazing title to her name as the new global spokeswoman for Stuart Weitzman, and the campaign photos are stunning.

On Tuesday, the luxury footwear brand announced the tennis star's involvement in its latest 2020 campaign along with a series of striking black and white photos taken by Ethan James Green in which Williams is wearing a white blazer, swimsuit and new Stuart Weitzman shoe designs.

"Inspired by Serena, who herself has demonstrated resilience and courage to overcome obstacles throughout her career, the campaign reinforces the notion of women standing as pillars of hope and optimism for their communities," the brand wrote in a statement.

The latest 2020 campaign starring Williams is also a part of an ongoing partnership with Vital Voices Global Partnership, which is an international nonprofit dedicated to investing in women leaders who drive global change.

This joint partnership has selected two women leaders to support, including Ke'alohilani Quiamno, co-founder of Future For Us, which is a platform dedicated to advancing women of color at work, as well as Ashlee Wisdom, founder of Health In Her HUE, a platform that connects black women to the health care providers, services and resources that are committed to their health and well-being.

"Now, more than ever, is a moment to focus on hope and moving forward," Williams explained in a statement. "I want women of every generation to be inspired to do so, one step at a time."

The gorgeous crisp looks shot of Williams for the campaign were put together by fashion stylist Gabriella Karefa-Johnson. She went for an all white touch to help draw attention to the shoes.

Karefa-Johnson described the overall look as “classic and refined to elegant and bold to sleek and sexy — all facets that could describe our muse.”
