Texas congressman says granddaughter was set to be at Camp Mystic during flooding

Texas Rep. Brian Babin discussed the deadly flooding disaster in Texas and how his granddaughter was supposed to be at Camp Mystic the night of the flooding but did not go because of knee surgery.
