Minnesota sues Trump admin over ICE surge after fatal shooting

Minnesota AG Keith Ellison, with Minneapolis and St. Paul officials, announced Monday that they will sue DHS to stop ICE surge after Jan. 7 fatal shooting of Renee Good by an ICE officer.
