Utah salon owner reflects on styling Kouri Richins weeks before arrest: 20/20 Extra

Madison O'Shea, who owns a salon in Salt Lake City, said to "20/20" that Richins came to her to get styled for new family photos about a year after her husband, Eric Richins, died.
