Runaway Boy Tased by Deputy an 'Out of Control Juvenile,' Says Sheriff

San Diego County Sheriff Bill Gore says the teen seen being tased on video did not comply with the officer’s commands, and he denies that the officer ordered witnesses to delete video of the encounter.
