— -- Amanda Bynes’s recent behavior has worried some fans.

However, perhaps nobody has been more affected than her parents.

"My clients are very concerned about their daughter," Tamar Arminak, the lawyer for the Bynes family, told ABC News in a statement. "Despite what is being reported, they are doing everything they can to help Amanda."

Bynes, 28, had been under a conservatorship since last summer, when she was hospitalized after allegedly starting a fire in a residential driveway.

After the mandatory stay in the hospital, she went to rehab for a few months before moving back in with her parents in December. At that point, her lawyer said, she was "very happy to reestablish the loving relationship with her family that she once shared."

Things seem to have deteriorated since then. Last month, Bynes was arrested for an alleged DUI, when authorities said the actress stopped in the middle of an intersection. She will be back in court later this month, where she is expected to enter a plea.

Then, she made her return to Twitter, when she announced that she is planning to move to New York City, among other things.
