Ashley Iaconetti and her fiance Jared Haibon's wedding date later this month is quickly approaching, and Iaconetti is getting more and more excited.

The "Bachelor" star and podcast host says the couple has reached the "stressful zone" -- and she can't wait to be done with wedding planning.

"We had so much fun with it early on -- selecting the venue, the dresses, the food -- all those big decisions have been super fun," she told "Good Morning America."

"For us right now we're just in that logistical phase where everything has been about invoices and small details, so we're over that and we are ready for the week to come to just enjoy everything we've put together," she added.

The big day will be a grand, movie-themed affair, Iaconetti said.

"We are saying our wedding is not a party, it's a romantic experience," she explained.

"There will be party elements of course, but we definitely want it to be kind of like in some parts a show," she continued. "We're so theatrical like that, so we kind of want the spotlight for a bit. We also want there to be like humor in the ceremony."

The couple will marry in Rhode Island, Haibon's home state, because Iaconetti says she's "never met anyone more obsessed with his own state than he is."

"I always just wanted to get married on the ocean -- but not on the ocean in the sand -- in a ballroom in which the doors open to the ocean, and we certainly found that there," she added.

The planning process for their wedding has been a total collaboration between the couple, she said.

"There hasn't really been any decisions that have been made without him, and we freakishly agreed on like everything," she said about her fiance. "It was like when we imagined our wedding before we were together, we had the exact same imagery."

The big day will also be a Bachelor Nation family affair, with many of the franchise's stars planning to gather to celebrate the nuptials.

Kaitlyn Bristowe and her boyfriend, Jason Tartick, Ben Higgins, who co-hosts the "Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous Podcast," and Dean Unglert are a few of those Iaconetti said will be in attendance.

Nick Viall, Carly Waddell, Evan Bass, Becca Tilley, Olivia Caridi and Amanda Stanton are also on the guest list, she said.

She's hoping close friends Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert will be able to come but isn't putting pressure on them because Roper just had a baby.

As for kids of her own? Iaconetti said that's definitely in the cards for them ... in due time.

"It's pretty insane. It happens just the way everybody tells you it's going to happen," she said. "Once you're engaged, it's all about the wedding. Once you're married it's all about when you're going to have kids

"Right now the tentative plan is we'll probably start trying sometime in 2020. But we want to enjoy a little married life together without kids."

For now, the only definite plan the couple has after their wedding is a dream-worthy honeymoon to the Amalfi Coast, Capri and Santorini right after their wedding.
