— -- Chad Johnson bashed "Bachelorette" finalists Robby Hayes and Jordan Rodgers during the franchise's "Men Tell All" special, claiming Hayes dumped his girlfriend just before appearing on the show, and calling Rodgers "a liar, cheater."

And though Johnson had clashed with the two during his time on the show, he insisted that it was not premeditated.

In fact, he told ABC News, "everything I do is kind of spur of the moment."

"I noticed Chris Harrison starting to point my way...[and] I was like, 'Just do it,'" he said. "['Bachelorette' star JoJo Fletcher] looked like she was vibin' didn’t she? Was that just me? She was like, 'Ooh you [jerk],' but at the same time, 'I like it.'"

During the broadcast, Johnson, who made many enemies during his time on the show, claimed repeatedly that he only responded to the taunts he received from his housemates. When asked afterward by ABC News if he had any regrets from his time on the show, he said "maybe the end parts when I come back to the house, but for the most part, not really."

"I’m the villain for the right reasons. I’m the villain because I’m the guy that showed up and was trying to do things for real," he said. "I’m not the guy who showed up and said, 'I’m in love with you, you’re the most beautiful girl ever.' If you fall in love with a girl right off the bat because of her looks, you’ll do it again...It’s not about that. It’s about aligning with somebody based on their personality."

Johnson, who admitted that he's been out with Hayes's ex-girlfriend recently, said that he's still open to meeting other women. And no, he added, his time on reality television has not affected what he's hoping to find.

"I can’t be like Chase or all these other guys that are like, 'I learned so much about myself,'" he said. "I know who I am, I know what I want and I know how to get it."
