Hilary Duff is speaking out about the lack of social distancing she witnessed over the holiday weekend.

When celebrating the 4th of July with her family, the "Lizzie McGuire" alum took note of a "raging house party" that made her blood boil.

"We took two walks today. Took a family nap. Took a drive. Drove by a raging house party on Mulholland," Duff penned in an open letter criticizing America's handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. "No masks (of course). Girls in bathing suits and louboutins waiting to get in like a line at a club."

The "Younger" star noted how she turned this into a teaching moment for her youngest daughter, Banks, telling the 1-year old "she’s too cool to ever need to do that."

Despite that, Duff said she and her husband, Matthew Koma, "were steaming" because of how the pandemic has affected their home state.

"California is in bad shape," the 32-year-old said, before claiming the state's worsening COVID-19 numbers is due to a lack of self-restraint and selfishness.

"Doesn’t everyone think we all want to go out freely and travel and enjoy summer," she pointed out. "It really seems like Americans just don’t care about each other."

Duff also touched upon how the pandemic has been politicized, calling it "a head scratcher" because of how other countries have handled the outbreak.

"Other countries have come together in a beautiful way to contain or be Covid free," she added. "It’s embarrassing that we are worse than ever because people need to party and Karens won’t wear masks!"

The "So Yesterday" singer ended her note with a pointed jab at Kanye West by announcing that she, too, is running for president.

The rapper made headlines over the holiday weekend by announcing his candidacy.
