— -- It's no secret that Rob Kardashian is going through some tough times.

In a new teaser clip for Sunday's "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," Kris Jenner opens up about her concerns for her son.

"I'm not a therapist. I'm not a doctor. But I do know that we've got all of the resources in the world, and yet he doesn't access," Jenner says to Rob's sister Kim Kardashian in the clip, obtained by US Weekly.

Kim, 34, responds that "now what we have to do is everyone back off."

She continues, "Everyone ... does whatever he says and it's just at some point, you just have to give it up! We all make his life so easy."

Kim then brings up Rob's battle with his weight and his desire to not be photographed by paparazzi.

"OK, we'll drive you around with a chauffeur so no one has to look at you! 'We had a chef on standby, a trainer. 'We'll send people to run out and buy you socks and underwear!' Like, this is pathetic!" she added.

Kim doesn't want the family to cater to her brother anymore, but she wants Khloe and Jenner's support.

Kris says "maybe he can't help himself," but Kim ends the argument by saying he can still ask for help.

"Keeping Up With the Kardashians" airs Sunday at 9 p.m. on E!
