Ciara celebrates being a woman of color in her new track, “Melanin,” which she debuted Friday and features Lupita Nyong’o, City Girls, La La Anthony and the song’s producer, Ester Dean.

"Hooked up with my girls @lupitanyongo @EsterDean @thegirljt @yungmiami305 @CityGirls and @LaLa to celebrate all my #Melanin Queens around the world,” the Grammy winner commented as she posted the track on Instagram. “This song is for you!”

The track already has the approval of Ciara’s two-and-half-year old daughter, Sienna, whom she calls Si Si.
