— -- Beyoncé's the queen when it comes to this year's MTV VMA nominations.

The singer's "visual album" "Lemonade" earned her 11 nods for this year's awards, which air live from New York's Madison Square Garden on Aug. 28. Adele was the second-most nominated act, scoring eight nods, including seven for her "Hello." video. Other top nominees include Ariana Grande, Rihanna, Calvin Harris, Coldplay, Sia and The Weeknd.

The prestigious Video of the Year category will be a face-off between Beyoncé's "Formation," Adele's "Hello," Justin Bieber's "Sorry," Kanye West's controversial clip "Famous" and Drake's much-mocked "Hotline Bling."

Fans can start voting now in the categories of Video of the Year, Best Male Female Video, Best Male Video and others. The Best New Artist Award category will be open all the way up until the pre-show, while the nominees for Best Song of the Summer will be announced in the coming weeks.
