— -- Nicki Minaj is still not over the beef she had with Miley Cyrus at MTV's Video Music Awards.

Minaj first blasted Cyrus during the August awards show, saying "Now back to the b---- who had a lot to say about me earlier in the week, Miley Cyrus what's good?"

The "Anaconda" rapper was upset with comments Cyrus had made to The New York Times about her reaction to not being nominated for Video of the Year, MTV's biggest award of the night.

"I don’t respect your statement because of the anger that came with it. And it's not anger like, 'Guys, I'm frustrated about some things that are a bigger issue.' You made it about you," Cyrus told a Times reporter before the VMAs aired.

Today, in an interview with the New York Times Magazine, Minaj said, "The fact that you [Cyrus] feel upset about me speaking on something that affects black women makes me feel like you have some big balls. You’re in videos with black men, and you’re bringing out black women on your stages, but you don’t want to know how black women feel about something that’s so important?"

Minaj added, "Come on, you can’t want the good without the bad. If you want to enjoy our culture and our lifestyle, bond with us, dance with us, have fun with us, twerk with us, rap with us, then you should also want to know what affects us, what is bothering us, what we feel is unfair to us. You shouldn’t not want to know that.”

Cyrus hasn't responded to Minaj's comments yet. During the VMAs, she congratulated Minaj for winning the award for Best Hip Hop video after the altercation.

A request for comment from Miley Cyrus' rep was not immediately returned to ABC News.
