Prince William and Kate have shared new photos of their youngest child, Prince Louis, ahead of his first birthday.
The three photos of Louis released Monday by Kensington Palace were taken earlier this month by Duchess Kate at the family's country home, Anmer Hall, located in Norfolk, near Windsor Castle.
Prince Louis turns 1 on Tuesday.
The newly-released photos appear to be the first solo photos of Prince Louis, who has previously been seen only in family photographs.
Louis is seen smiling in all three of the photos, with his two bottom teeth showing. He is wearing a maroon sweater in two of the photos and a blue sweater with a dog on it in the third photo.
He is fifth in line to the British throne, behind his grandfather Prince Charles, his father Prince William and his older siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
Prince William and Kate were spotted attending Easter services Sunday at St. George's Chapel with other members of the royal family, including Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Harry. Louis, Charlotte and George were not seen with their parents at the church.
Louis's great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, celebrated her 93rd birthday on Sunday.
