"When we met a year ago we were strangers and we were still getting to know each other," he said. "Now we are clear on who we are, what we're going to do to help the heroes and how we well work together. It's just a better chemistry."

The guys also discussed how different it is for them to transform women this season, as the original show only focused on male transformations.

"It's so nice to have that change," France said. "They emote so much easier than men. That connection is instant I find."

"I get to play with hair color a lot more," Van Ness added. "I was a colorist before coming into this show and that's been really fun to get in there."

Berk weighed in on how the home design process for their female transformations differs.

"For me it's a little trickier because the men were like, 'Do whatever you want to my home,'" Berk said. "The women are more particular and know what they want, so it's more of a collaboration now than I'm just going to fix it."

"Overall it's just more diversity so I think it's only more stories to tell, so it's only a good thing," Porowski added.

The "Queer Eye" guys revealed who is the most emotional of their crew. It's Antoni -- and he said he's proud of that fact!

"How can you not? You see these people go through such a transformation in such a short amount of time. How can you not be affected by that?"

"That's great thing!" France added.

The gang also played a game of "co-star confessions" with GMA's Michael Strahan.

Van Ness revealed of his co-stars, he would give France a hair makeover, while France said he would pick Van Ness for a style transformation.

"I want you to shock the world one day and just wear something like a total dude look one day," France joked to his co-star.

Porowski would spice up Brown's cooking skills because he says his co-star's diet consists of "Coca-Cola and gummy bears."

"His fiance cooks for the family. I want to show him how to cook for the family," Porowski shared.

Karamo said he would love to push France out of his comfort zone.

"Tan is probably the most rigid with exactly what he wants, how he wants it, when he wants it," he shared. Berk revealed that all of them men's homes are gorgeous, so he wouldn't have much work to do.

During the show, Tammye Hicks, a standout from Season 2 of "Queer Eye," also popped by to surprise the crew.

The Georgia woman impressed the guys with her conversations about love, faith and acceptance of the LGBTQ+ community during her sweet episode on the show.

She wanted to build a community center for her town but didn't have the money, so "Queer Eye" stepped in to help.

"Babies, I just want to say mama is so grateful, not only did you transform my life, you transformed my family's, a whole community, everybody -- and for that I am eternally grateful," she told the men.

She also shared an emotional passage from her journal with them.

Her son, Myles, who was also featured in the "Queer Eye" episode, also surprised the show's cast on GMA!
