— -- Daniel Fleetwood's dying wish has been fulfilled.

The terminally ill "Star Wars" super-fan was concerned he wouldn't be alive to see "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" when it premieres in December. However, today Disney, Bad Robot and Lucasfilm set up a private screening of the film at his Texas home, according to his family.

"Daniel just finished watching an unfinished version of 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens'!!! " his wife Ashley Fleetwood wrote on Facebook Thursday afternoon. "We would like to thank the awesomely talented [director] JJ Abrams for calling us yesterday to tell us Daniel was getting his wish granted!"

According to his GoFundMe page, Fleetwood was diagnosed with spindle cell sarcoma two years ago. On Sept. 1, after the cancer grew more aggressive, his doctor gave him one to two months to live.

A fan of "Star Wars" since he was a child, Fleetwood, who is currently in hospice treatment, pleaded for an early screening of the franchise's latest installment. A social media campaign, #forcefordaniel, went viral in a matter of days.

"I want to thank ALL the amazing people who helped make this happen, thank you beyond words!!!" Ashley Fleetwood wrote on her Facebook page. "May the force be with you all #forcefordaniel!!!!"
