With Christmas only two weeks away, many stars are showing off decorations and getting into the holiday spirit.

Even country music star Tim McGraw was put on decoration duty this year, which included decorating a massive Christmas tree.

The "I Called Mama" singer took to Instagram on Tuesday to share the wild sight of him sitting atop an extremely high ladder in order to wrap tinsel around the impressively large pine.

Of course, McGraw remained in good spirits over the tall task and encouraged fans to guess what was going on in the three-picture slideshow of him hard at work.

"A: Santa's lead flying reindeer [or] B: wife trying to get rid of me before Christmas," the three-time Grammy winner jokingly asked his fans.

While some of McGraw's 2.8 million followers marveled in the comment section over how such a large tree was able to get inside the house, others jokingly advised the country singer to check if Hill made any changes to their life insurance policies.

As for McGraw's famous friends, some applauded his decorating skills, such as Tanya Tucker who gushed, "Beautiful!!!"

Others, like Rita Wilson, expressed concern for the singer's safety and cautioned, "Be careful up there!"

However, fellow country singer and "American Idol" alum Sammy Arriaga earned a few chuckles by pointing out that he'd never put himself through that much trouble because "I’m over here buying a $99 prelit tree from Walmart."
