Whitney Leavitt is going from the ballroom to the big screen.

The "Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star, who recently competed on season 34 of "Dancing with the Stars," is starring in a new film out next year called "All For Love."

Not only is she starring in the film, but she's also executive producing it.

In an Instagram post on Monday, Leavitt shared a screenshot of a Deadline article, which first reported the news, and captioned the post, "Here's your Christmas present…but you can't open it till next year🎁🤭"

According to a press release from The Ninth House, which is producing the new film, Leavitt will play a podcaster named Winona.

Jesse Kove and Whitney Leavitt appear in this still from the upcoming film, "All For Love."

"When a holiday-app partnership forces podcaster Winona to test love online, she connects with a mystery man who feels like everything she's been missing," the synopsis says. "What she doesn't know is that he's Luke (Jesse Kove), the rugged renovator transforming her grandmother's Christmas Eve venue -- and the last guy she'd ever expect to fall for in real life."

The film, which is now in production, is being directed by Jake Helgren. The script is written by Ansley Gordon.

Leavitt went far on "Dancing with the Stars" with her pro dance partner Mark Ballas. The duo brought their all week after week but were eliminated during the semifinals.

In her Instagram post about her upcoming movie, Leavitt's "DWTS" family, including Sasha Farber and Daniella Karagach, reacted to the news with applause and celebratory emojis.

She captioned the post, "The hardest part? Not giving up 🥹💕"

Leavitt already has a big year ahead of her. Shortly after her time on the reality dance competition show, it was announced earlier this month that she would be making her Broadway debut in the Tony-winning revival of "Chicago" as Roxie Hart.

The mom of three will hit the Broadway stage starting on Feb. 2, 2026, where she'll perform for a six-week limited engagement that ends March 15.
