"We've been flooding our content with humor just to normalize how difficult parenting can be," Berger told "Good Morning America." "If it looks real then you believe it's real and then the jokes will shine more."

In the video, Berger is seen with stickers on his T-shirt. At one point, he even removes a Lego block from his hair.

Berger went as far to use a backdrop featuring faux brand sponsorship from a peanut butter brand and a kids' clothing company. The footage was viewed and shared by millions of parents -- many of whom commented how the moment resonated.

"It lets us know, we're coming from the right place here and bringing levity to the perils of parenting," Berger said.

Berger said he and Laferriere appreciate all the attention and kind words from fellow parents, especially since the pandemic forced many to stay home with their kids.

"We're all in this together," Berger said.
