Joel is selling his 9,312-square-foot mansion in Manalapan, Florida. Built in 2005 on 3.8 acres of land, the home has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, along with a two-bedroom guest house. There's also a boat dock in case you need to tie up your yacht.
Joel, 67, purchased the property in 2014 for $18.2 million.
According to Top Ten Real Estate Deals, the renovated home features an upgraded chef's kitchen "with a barrel-vaulted ceiling of Chicago brick," "a stenciled Pecky Cypress ceiling," a living room with two levels along with a dressing room inside the master suite. Not to mention, the home features an air-conditioned four-car garage.
And the luxury isn't just indoors. The home has an outdoor pool terrace complete with a fireplace, cabana bath and a private boardwalk to the beach so you can enjoy the Atlantic Ocean.
Don't feel too bad for Joel. He still has his million-dollar home in Oyster Bay, Long Island.
