— -- GOP presidential candidate Jeb Bush said today he will not drop out of the presidential race before the Feb. 1 Iowa caucuses, despite his sinking poll numbers

ABC News Chief White House Correspondent Jonathan Karl joined Bush on his campaign bus after a campaign stop in Manchester, New Hampshire.

When asked about his sagging numbers, Bush told Karl it isn't affecting his newly rebooted campaign.

"I don’t even care; it’s not relevant," Bush said. "History is full of examples of people who were high in the polls and dropped out. Good examples of people who were low in the polls who ended up winning. So, I just gotta go earn it."

Karl asked Bush, 62, whether there would be any situation in which he would consider dropping out of the race before Iowa.

"No. No way, no how," Bush said. "We’ve got the right message."

It's the first interview with Bush since the release of a new Quinnipiac University poll taken after last week's GOP debate, which shows him with his lowest national support since the beginning of his campaign.
