The charming 1,874-square-foot property boasts two beds, two baths, two decks, a fireplace, patio, and avocado and lemon trees, according to Zillow.

The queen of comedy rented the dwelling right around the time she signed a contract with RKO Radio Pictures. Soon after, she appeared in the 1933 musical comedy "Roman Scandals" and later met and fell in love with her young, Cuban co-star Desi Arnaz, on the set of "Too Many Girls," in 1940.
