Answer: There is no diet that we know of would really cause arthritis or cause precipitation of arthritis or start off the arthritis. But there are conditions like gout in which the too much red meat may affect the production of uric acid too much for too many years and precipitates an attack of gout, which is usually in the big toe. But other arthritic problems, not really affected by the diet.
