Thanksgiving is just one month away, but for those who want to treat themselves to something delicious early, Carbsgiving is already here with Wildgrain!

What is Wildgrain?

Wildgrain, for those not yet in-the-know, is a subscription service for bread, pastries, pasta, butter and more, all delivered cold and ready to be baked for fresh-tasting and -smelling delicacies in the comfort of your own home.

How does Wildgrain work?

With a variety of plans to choose from, there's a simple, three-question process: Once you click the "get started" button, you can choose from options like gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, high protein, low added sugar and more so the brand knows about your dietary restrictions.

Your next question covers your personal goals, for example do you want to experience new foods or save time? Do you want to eat healthier, or are you looking to save money? This will further tailor your selections.

Finally, add the number of household members living under your roof and -- if you so desire -- enter your email to claim the free croissants the brand offers for the life of your subscription.

From there, dozens of options pop up from the classic sourdough (a crowd-pleaser and top pick) to seasonal delights like Apple Cider Donuts, a fall delight the brand brought to our office that had staffers asking, "Where do I get more?" with each bite.

What comes in each box?

This part is up to you! You can select six mix-and-match items per box, with unexpected picks like Slow-Fermented Margherita Pizza, Vegan Maple Belgian Waffles and Apple Caramel Galette mingling alongside more standard picks like the Sourdough Demi-Baguettes and Everything Sourdough Loaf -- another pick our team gobbled down at the tasting.

One standout we highly suggest trying out is the Slow-Churned French Butter, with the current iteration containing garlic and herbs for a robust flavor profile in a delicate, melt-on-contact spread. The butter is made by Le Gall, a century-old French family-run creamery, and takes 24 hours to make using handpicked creams churned in traditional barrels.

In addition to the butter, we can't pass up calling out Wildgrain's cookies. Not only will they fill your home with that fresh-baked cookies smell, they're even more delicious than the ones you remember from childhood. Just imagine having a stress-free holiday gathering where, instead of juggling cookie sheets, turkeys and stovetop sides, you can simply pop in these pre-baked sweets and have guests begging for more information.

Now, what is Carbsgiving and what does this sale entail?

Wildgrain only has one sale a year: Carbsgiving. Instead of Black Friday or other holiday discounts, this is the one time of year you can try the brand at a discount.

While a regular box is $99 for your six items, Carbsgiving is an annual event that runs now through Nov. 22 where you'll save $40 off your first box and get the brand's usual free shipping plus free croissants for the life of your subscription.

So for $69, you can get a jump on the holidays and order six must-haves you know your family or guests will be chowing down on for Thanksgiving.

You can control when the box arrives, too, so your items show up carefully packaged and still-frozen just when you need them. Shipping reminders show up four days in advance, and you can skip deliveries or cancel your subscription at any time using your membership page.

With the discount in effect now, it's the perfect time to try Wildgrain and see how this delivery service for bread, sweet treats and more simplifies and enriches your life.

Happy Carbsgiving!
