Lucy Hale dyes hair red in kitchen sink, 'Did a thing,' she posts
Lucy Hale has shocked fans with a totally new hair hue.
The actress shared her latest color transformation in a fun boomerang video on Instagram where she's seen sporting a head full of red wavy strands -- completely different from her previous deep brunette look.
"Did a thing," she captioned the photo. Hale also tagged celebrity colorist Kristin Ess who was responsible for her fresh red roots.
Ess reposted Hale's new hair color moment and revealed that the actress has had so many colors, but never red.
"My lil colorist heart is full and now we officially know this chick looks good with any hair color," wrote Ess in a post. Thank you for trusting me to do this (and thank you for Covid testing w me beforehand)."
Before posting the final reveal, Hale gave fans a glimpse of the process as she's seen laying across a kitchen counter wearing a face mask as Ess rinsed her hair.
Since posting her new 'do, Hale's video has been viewed more than three million times.
"Stop, It looks so good!!! Also that evil eye necklace is amazing," fellow "Pretty Little Liars" co-star Ava Allan commented on Hales' post.
Actress Debby Ryan also chimed in saying "I've been waiting my whole life for this."
In 2018, Hale sported rose gold hair and she's also taken a walk on the blonde side in previous years.
