Affleck recalled, \"I was like, 'What's the catch? You really liked it?'\"

\"And they were like, 'Yeah! It was really good!' and they were shocked,\" he said. \"As if I got lucky that this magical accident happened and something I did was OK.\"

Affleck stars in \"The Accountant 2\" as Christian Wolff and is also a co-producer for the film.

The movie also stars Jon Bernthal, J.K. Simmons, Cynthia Addai-Robinson, Daniella Pineda and Allison Robertson.

According to a synopsis for the film, Wolff, who has a talent for solving complex problems, is compelled to solve the murder of an old acquaintance when the cryptic message, \"find the accountant,\" is left behind.

\"Realizing more extreme measures are necessary, Wolff recruits his estranged and highly lethal brother, Brax (Bernthal), to help,\" the synopsis continues. \"In partnership with U.S. Treasury Deputy Director Marybeth Medina (Addai-Robinson), they uncover a deadly conspiracy, becoming targets of a ruthless network of killers who will stop at nothing to keep their secrets buried.

\"The Accountant 2\" hits theaters on Friday, April 25.
