Reynolds has already starred in several successful romantic comedies, including \"The Proposal\" with actress Sandra Bullock, \"Just Friends\" with Amy Smart and \"Definitely, Maybe\" alongside Isla Fisher, Rachel Weisz and Elizabeth Banks.

\"We’ve been looking for an opportunity to re-team with Ryan,\" Todd Lieberman and David Hoberman, of Mandeville Films, told Deadline.

\"He’s a rare actor who can do it all and we are so excited to have found the right film for all of us. It’s great to be working with the talented Jason Moore and our great partners at Lionsgate.”

The film has reportedly not cast a female lead yet.
