Rodriguez captioned the video of the gym session, \"Big thank you to my good buddy Jerry Jones and the @dallascowboys for treating us to an amazing workout. We appreciate the hospitality and privilege of using your tremendous facility.\"

\"Gettin’ it in w my fave workout partner!!!\" Lopez commented, also re-posting it to her personal account.

Lopez often documents her times hitting the gym and active lifestyle on Instagram.

She's currently on her “It’s My Party Tour,\" which celebrates her turning 50 this year.

The tour is scheduled to run until July 2019.
