In addition, the 25-year-old singer confirmed that the new program will not rely on donations, adding, \"This ongoing initiative will be entirely funded by the Halsey team.\"

Beyond distributing funds, Halsey added that she will use her social media accounts to help promote black creators \"to help launch their platforms and we will help provide resources, information, and points of contact. For as many people as we can.\"

Halsey encourages all black creators to apply, adding that \"we will be announcing the first gifting recipients on June 18th.\" Those interested can apply by using the #BLACKCREATORSFUND hashtag on Twitter or Instagram.

The singer's team is already going through submissions, with Halsey raving, \"This is the most mind blowing flow of creativity I have ever seen. Magic.\"

The \"Eastside\" singer intends to keep her program running as long as it's needed, concluding, \"We hope to continue this initiative throughout the years to come.\"
