Shelton and Stefani have reportedly been dating since 2015.

Last month, Stefani shared a video of Shelton, who she describes as her \"best friend,\" showering her oldest son Kingston with love on his 14th birthday.

Stefani also spoke about her close relationship with Shelton to \"Good Morning America\" in June 2018.

\"He's my homeboy. He's my homey. He's just really an amazing all-around human so I feel so grateful for that,\" she said.
