Since posting, Roach's video has received more than 100,00 views with lots of loving comments.

Supermodel Naomi Campbell wrote, \"Beautiful!! Remember this dress and collection well.\" Another Instagrammer @zendayastylefiles chimed in, saying, \"Oh how long have I been waiting for this moment to happen! Gianni Versace would be so proud.\"

The Versace brand also posted a glamorous portrait of Zendaya wearing the archived design.

During this year's virtual Green Carpet Fashion Awards, Zendaya was awarded the Visionary Award for her efforts in promoting inclusion and diversity within fashion as well as film.

\"The whole look is inspired by '90s supermodels,\" Roach told British Vogue. \"She was actually born in 1996, so I thought that it'd be fun [for her] to wear something from that year. It's taking her back -- if Zendaya had been of age then, maybe she would have been a Versace model.\"

In September, Zendaya also received an Emmy Award for her role in \"Euphoria,\" her first time winning at the annual ceremony.
