Bloom also shared another post with Perry to mark her 37th birthday on Monday.

Alongside a photo of the actor hugging Perry while she smiles at the birthday treats in front of her, he wrote, \"We do life we do love and it’s fun. I’ll celebrate you today and everyday. 🎂🥳✨I love you. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️\"

Many of the singer's also left sweet notes in the comments wishing Perry a happy birthday.

Perry and Bloom have been together for several years. They announced their engagement in February 2019 and welcomed their first child together, Daisy Dove, in August 2020.
