Caroline commented: \"Happy 15th! Maybe we’ll see each other at some point today! Love you!\"

She also shared a photo of herself enjoying a drink on her Instagram story that she hilariously captioned, \"Sorry our schedules are complete opposites. We will celebrate soon. Until then.....Happy 15th anniversary @lukebryan.\"

The Bryans have two sons, 13-year-old Bo and 11-year-old Tate.
