Stause, 40, and Oppenheim, a real estate broker and the owner of The Oppenheim Group in West Hollywood, were first linked in July when they were photographed together in Italy. Oppenheim, 44, soon after confirmed their relationship, telling Us Weekly, \"I care about her deeply and we're very happy together.\"

The two remain close, according to Stause's statement.

\"Thank you Jason for the most incredible relationship and for consistently being honest with me even when it hurts,\" she wrote.
