The unveiling comes after Underwood hinted during the Academy of Country Music Awards that she had something in the works that would be released \"soon.\"

She followed up the comment with a photo on Instagram that shows her recording in the studio. \"So, I did a thing…\" she captioned the picture.

The new release also comes after the country star celebrated her 39th birthday last week.

She shared a photo of her birthday cake on her Instagram, captioning the shot, \"Feeling loved this evening! Thanks for all the birthday wishes, everyone! I do believe that 39 is going to be my best year yet! 😉❤️\"
