"Hocus Pocus 2," "Sister Act 3" and a sequel to "Enchanted," entitled, "Disenchanted," are among the films in the works for Disney+.
The announcement was made during Disney's Investor Day presentation on Thursday, when it was also revealed that the studio is rebooting "Three Men and a Baby" starring Zac Efron and reimagining "Night at the Museum" as an animated film.
"Blackish" producer Kenya Barris will also make his mark on a new "Cheaper By the Dozen," and as previously announced, Barry Jenkins will direct a prequel to "The Lion King."
There will also be new series coming to the streaming service. "The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers" picks up where Emilio Estevez's films from the 1990s left off, and features Lauren Graham as a mom looking to make sports fun again for her son.
In addition, Josh Peck will star in a series inspired by the movie "Turner and Hooch," while John Stamos will appear in a show about a high school basketball team.
A subscription to Disney+ costs $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year. There is also a bundle option that features Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu for $12.99 per month.
