While spring cleaning at home as she was social distancing due to the coronavirus pandemic, the “West Wing” star decided to try on her Oscars dress from 1987 for fun. You know, the lacy Theoni V. Aldredge gown she wore with glasses and baby’s breath in her hair.

"What happens when you're over the whole quarantine thing and dig through the closet," Matlin, 54, wrote via her Instagram Stories. Then, on Twitter, she added: "I'm losing my mind but what else is there to do? At least the dress still fits - 33 years later!"

It was back in 1987 when Matlin won the Oscar for Best Actress thanks to her role as Sarah in Randa Haines’ “Children of a Lesser God,” in which she starred opposite William Hurt. Matlin also won a Golden Globe for the critically acclaimed part.
