Talk about saying "cheese."
When 20-month-old Koen Smith found queso, he found a friend for life.
His dad, Rick Smith, took a video of Koen's first encounter, which shows the toddler getting every last drop of deliciousness.
The family was on vacation at the Gaylord Texan Hotel in Grapevine, Smith said, when Koen found his new favorite food.
"My wife gave him chips and queso,and when he ran out of chips he started eating the queso without chips with his fingers, then started licking the plate! I think he is a fan of queso now," Smith told "Good Morning America."

His dad posted the video to the family's Instagram.
Up until now, the toddler's favorite foods were apple sauce, crackers, chips, Cheerios and watermelon. No longer.
