Recipe for Leftover Apple Pie Milkshake

Leftover Apple Pie Milkshake

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 large slice leftover apple pie

3 scoops vanilla ice cream

1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice mix

1/2 cup whole milk

Whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish

Directions:

Place all of the ingredients except the garnish in a high-speed blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Serve with whipped cream and cinnamon.

Recipe for Candied Sweet Potato Soup

Serves 4

Ingredients:

1 cup leftover candied sweet potatoes, marshmallows removed

2 cups chicken stock

1 Tbsp. fresh thyme

1/2 tsp. kosher salt

1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

3 Tbsp. heavy cream

Directions:

Place all ingredients except heavy cream in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.

Heat soup and once simmering add heavy cream. Season more to taste. Serve hot.
