1. Cook with citrus, such as lemons and limes. They add flavor without adding calories.

2. You can have real bacon, just use bacon bits instead. 3 ounces of the bits have only 30 calories and 1.5 grams of fat. The same amount of cooked bacon has 458 calories and 35 grams of fat.
