As the summer rolls along, so do the savings. If you missed those Fourth of July sales, don’t worry. Retailers are offering deals all month long as many brands try to unload excess inventory as a result of COVID-19 shutdowns.
RetailMeNot, the online and in-person coupon service, announced a new shopping holiday called "Rebound with RetailMeNot" to support the retail community while connecting customers to big savings.
Kicking off on July 23, the four-day mega savings event is offering exclusive deals with more than 100 participating brands and up to 20% cash back from retailers like BestBuy, Sephora and Nike.
"Saving money is something we can all smile about right now. We hope this sales event will make it easy for people to shop the things they need and the things they want - from summer staples like shorts and t-shirts to back to school must-haves like backpacks, shoes and even makeup and electronics,” RetailMeNot's shopping and trends expert Sara Skirboll said in a statement.
“We want to give people a reason to shop for the things they’ve been holding back on and feel good about staying within budget. It’s a win, win, and there’s no better time to take advantage of impressive deals as we approach the Fall,” she added.
With the global pandemic resulting in sluggish sales and supply chain issues for many retailers, RetailMeNot said it hopes to encourage shopping and help brands rebound.
