'The Bachelorette' Kaitlyn Bristowe Admits It's 'Tough' Dating Multiple Men
— -- As the star of "The Bachelorette," Kaitlyn Bristowe was romantically involved with several men.
Juggling those relationships wasn't always easy, especially when some of the men, namely Shawn B., expressed that they were having a hard time dealing with feelings of jealousy.
"It's hard to know I care about that person so much, yet I'm hurting their feelings," she told ABC News.
On last Monday's episode the ABC reality series, Kaitlyn had sex with Nick Viall after a romantic date in Ireland. Then, in a cliffhanger, Shawn B., who struggled with jealousy after his group date, asked to speak to Kaitlyn, who worried that he was going to ask about her tryst with Nick.
"I think with Shawn, our relationship started up here and I think it was obvious to everybody how strong it was between us," she explained. "Any time you feel that way about somebody, I think we both felt very passionate, and then to go through other relationships, it's gonna hurt and it's gonna be tough to watch.
"It's tough because you do separate each relationship and you want to think about the others but you also don't want to do that while you're with one person," she continued. "It's not fair to that person but then it's not fair to the others and it's a very confusing role to be in."
Still, seeing Shawn get that upset did force Kaitlyn to realize something very important about him, she noted.
"It does show me how much he cares," she added.
