Chance the Rapper makes emotional plea in help to find 'Auntie Toni' a new kidney

Chance the Rapper has given back so much to the community, especially his beloved hometown of Chicago.

Now, the inspiring artist is looking inward and making an emotional plea for help to save his aunt.

"I really need help. My Auntie Toni is one of the strongest forces in my life, and she is in dire need of a #kidney," he tweeted on Thursday. "We have exhausted all options and have been wait listed for years. My family believes in the power of prayer and we give this problem up to God."

Immediately, people started responding, offering to help if they new her blood type.

"What’s her blood type if I match take my kidney if my extra one is good," one fan wrote, believe it or not.

Another added, "I have O + blood. Let me know how I can help!! I’m in Costa Mesa-CA."

Chance followed up his initial tweet with, "A prayer really goes a long way," and, "I’m sorry it was a lil overwhelmingly emotion writing this, Her blood type is O positive, you can get a quick blood test and physical to find your a match."

Of course there is a correct process to go through to get these things done, but after knowing the blood type, fans who allegedly have O positive blood started responding.

Messages like "I’m o+ how do we contact you about it" started pouring in.

His latest post has hundreds of comments and more than 260 retweets.

Chance tweeted one more time, adding, "I serve a promise keeping God and his timing’s impeccable."
