HBO's hit show "Ballers" was back Sunday night, and that meant fans around the globe got to tune in to see Dwayne Johnson at his best.

And one of those fans, apparently, is none other than Elizabeth Warren.

The Democratic presidential candidate tweeted Sunday about her excitement that the show was returning.

"Can't wait for the Season 5 premiere of @BallersHBO tonight (Bruce and I still can't believe there won't be a Season 6). And congrats @TheRock on your marriage!" she wrote, mentioning her husband, Bruce Mann.

Johnson, who married his longtime girlfriend, Lauren Hashian, in Hawaii earlier this month, was obviously pumped to have Warren as one of his devoted fans.

"Mahalo, my ballin' friend (thanks Bruce too) It's been a helluva run and I'm grateful to the people," he wrote. "Best of luck and thank you Senator for all your hard work on behalf of our country."

One fan wrote, "Omg yes. @ewarren & @TheRock!! The friendship we didn't know we needed!!"

Warren may have also made a cameo -- of sorts -- in the premiere.

"First scene in the new season of Ballers and the rock is reading @ewarren's book," journalist Geet Jeswani pointed out on Twitter.

This isn't the first time Warren has shown love for the show or that the duo have bonded on Twitter.

Last year, Johnson offered her a "big Rock sized hug" after she said how much she loved the series.

Warren has also called the actor her "not-so-secret crush."
