The Duchess of Sussex shared a throwback post Friday on social media inspired by a viral trend in which users reflect on life a decade earlier.
Meghan’s version paired an intimate new family moment with a photo from the very beginning of her relationship with Prince Harry.

The couple is seen smiling and twirling as the camera follows their movements.
Meghan noted in the caption that the video was filmed by their 4-year-old daughter, Princess Lilibet.
"When 2026 feels just like 2016….you had to be there.🎥 cred: our daughter," the caption read.
The second slide shows a still image from 2016, where the couple is seen embracing and smiling while standing in a shallow body of water in the middle of a field.
